Taberna de Haro has been serving Boston’s most authentic Spanish food since 1998. People come to this little corner on Beacon Street to indulge in shared tapas (small plates), memorable entrees, regional specialties, and over 310 Spanish wines. A Spring Tonic Soup to Nurture You The crocuses and the forsythia are recklessly mindless of the social distancing rules, and their clumped exuberance makes
me smile. Nature pushes onward, and so must we. She is a powerful system of cycles and it is ours to respect them. While
she unleashes a torrent of germfire, she simultaneously shows us her inner workings of astounding beauty and unstoppable
rhythm. Inspired by green, I made a soup based on a traditional Catalán dish of braised escarole, fava beans, and mint.
